Susanne Kaufmann is a skincare brand built on the balance between natural ingredients and scientific precision. Inspired by the Alpine environment, its approach is shaped by changing conditions, seasonality, and the skin’s ability to adapt over time.

We were tasked with translating this philosophy into a digital experience that feels as calm, precise, and considered as the products themselves. The result is a custom Shopify Plus platform, combining a scalable e-commerce foundation with a tailored, sensory-driven front-end.

A Calm and Sensory Expression

The digital experience draws from the stillness and clarity of the Alpine landscape. Soft tones, slow-moving imagery, and close-up details of skin and texture create a calm, spa-like atmosphere. The design invites users to slow down, reflecting the rituals and pace of self-care at the heart of the brand.

Designed for Ritual and Discovery

The website is built to support exploration and understanding. Product pages highlight ingredients, textures, and benefits with clarity, allowing users to engage with the formulas up close. The experience is inclusive and balanced, designed for both men and women, and focused on making skincare feel personal, intuitive, and grounded in daily rituals.
