Small but agile

One of the defining aspects of our agency is our optimal team size. We have discovered that maintaining a compact team of between 15 and 20 members allows us to achieve the best results for our clients and ourselves. By deliberately keeping our team size within this range, we ensure efficient collaboration, open communication, and seamless coordination.

We now say “have a nice weekend” on Thursday afternoons – as we switched to a 4-day work week with Fridays off! Almost sounds too good to be true, right? International surveys AND our own internal surveys report about more energy, higher motivation and better collaboration – which is crucial for our creativity and the output we deliver to our clients every day.
