This is the second generation of e-commerce we have designed for Aiayu. It is more of an evolution than a revolution, we have learned a lot from the first site and these findings have been implemented in this version. Mobile has a clear focus and the site is very optimised for shopping on the go. The content balance is 50/50 between a clean shopping experience and brand stories giving you a true insight into the ideas behind Aiayu and their inspiring story.

Globally Scandinavian design philosophies

The design is quite minimal and uses a structural grid throughout. The main design philosophies are scandinavian but there are gentle design nods to the origins of the materials. The shop is made for both clothes and living products, and the brand sections are made up of overview pages and articles. Basket is in a panel on right side which leads to a simple checkout. All made for a simple and non-obstructive shopping experience.
